Founded a contemporary fine art gallery in downtown Mystic, CT with the unique concept of inclusion of global luxury goods. Branded with an eclectic funky French industrial aesthetic; rough wood displays, vintage sawhorses draped with Kanthas and antique Moroccan rugs, ceiling adorned with wooden beams and basket chandeliers, juxtaposition of Spanish antiques & red Eames plywood chairs, extensive Edison bulb lighting in window. Gallery infused with the scent of Italian leather to the background beat of Flamenco guitar setting the tone.

“Ahhhh…… I want to live here…” is often heard as the door opens.

Broke even at month nine, with sales of $300k- prior to launch of online shop.

Devised monthly first Friday events including poetry readings, live music, wine tastings, visiting artists, pop ups.

Worked with Chamber of Commerce to ignite participation of many downtown businesses, enhancing festive destination and many collaborations.

Developed exclusive membership program including partnership perks with local exclusive venues.

Collaborated with various exclusive boutique hotels and wineries for in-room distribution of Art Book.

Developed e-commerce site and heavily marketed through social media and email marketing.

Created world-class brand with brick and mortar, then carried through branding with e-commerce experience all the way through packaging lightly scented with Italian Leather.
